For first-year students and sophomores, the US-UK Fulbright Commission Summer Institutes are three- to six-week programs hosted at universities across the United Kingdom. Participants will experience an exciting academic program at a highly regarded UK university, explore the culture, heritage, and history of the UK, and develop their academic ability by improving presentation, research, and communication skills.Each institute has a particular focus, ranging from technology in society to conflict transformation in Northern Ireland. The program provides an immersive educational, cultural, and social experience, encouraging exceptional students to pursue leadership and informal ambassadorial roles.
