Pickering & Rangel Scholarships
Both Pickering and Rangel fund graduate study for students who seek a career in foreign service and are historically underrepresented in the field. They also both promise internships and other professional development for foreign service. They follow almost the exact same timelines and provide similar support, so CUSE recommends that if you are interested in either, you should apply for both.
