Teaching Assistant Program in France
The program's goal is to strengthen foreign-language instruction in French schools by establishing a native speaker presence, while also providing young educators around the world with initial international teaching experience and first-hand knowledge of French language and culture. Assistants teach 12 hours per week in up to 3 schools, conducting all or part of a class, typically leading conversations in English. If you would like to apply for the Fulbright ETA to France, you must also apply for TAPIF, it is, however, possible to win TAPIF but not the ETA.
CUSE does not have an official feedback process for this award, but if you are interested in receiving additional application feedback, contact Elise Rudt.
