Interested in graduate study or conducting research abroad and/or teaching English overseas after you graduate?

Applications are now open for the Fulbright U.S. Student Program Study/Research Grants and English Teaching Assistantships. These are fully-funded opportunities for those who will have their Bachelor’s degrees by August 2018 to act as cultural ambassadors abroad while studying, conducting research, or teaching English. This grant has no minimum GPA requirement, language and experience requirements differ from country to country, and students from all majors are encouraged to apply.

To learn more, join Lora Seery, an official Fulbright U.S. Student Program representative, for one of two information sessions in 110 Brownson Hall: Tuesday, February 21, at 6pm, or Wednesday, February 22, at 2pm. Pizza and drinks will be provided. There is no need to RSVP.

If you already know that you're interested in the Fulbright, and you're a junior, senior, or alum, please submit a brief pre-application by Tuesday, April 4 at cuse.nd.edu/fulbright to start the application process. If you have questions about this opportunity, email the Flatley Center for Undergraduate Scholarly Engagement (CUSE) at fellows@nd.edu.
