Giving to CUSE

Gifts to the University (including memorial or annual gifts) may be partially or totally allocated to the Flatley Center for Undergraduate Scholarly Engagement (CUSE). These gifts may be sent directly to the Center or through the University's Development Office. Please be sure to indicate your intent to support CUSE by specifying this on the check, pledge form, accompanying letter or phone call. If giving a gift online using a credit card, you may indicate your intent to allocate your gift to CUSE by completing the Comment section of the on-line form.

Gifts to the Center do qualify toward fulfilling the minimum contribution limits for participation in the annual football ticket lottery, if received by December 31.

Although CUSE has generous donor support, this support is not enough to cover all of the Center's needs. A partial list of our current needs includes:

  • Direct student support for activities related to undergraduate research and other forms of experiential learning
  • Funding for travel to interviews for finalists for major national fellowships like the Rhodes and Truman Scholarships
  • Expansion of advising staff in order to provide quality advising services to a wider range of students
  • Support for general operating expenses.

If you would like to assist with any of these needs, please contact Dr. Jeffrey Thibert, Paul and Maureen Stefanick Director of the Flatley Center for Undergraduate Scholarly Engagement, or reach out to the Notre Dame Development Office using the information provided below.
